The Odyssey 7Q+ is the most advanced and versatile monitor-recorder of the moment. It allows us to record in HD / 2K / UHD / 4K. We can give a signal to the equipment in both SDI and HDMI. RAW (with recording options), uncompressed DPX and Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) can be recorded. It has a 7.7″ OLED screen with 1280×800 resolution.

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • 7.7″ 1280×800 OLED panel with true blacks and accurate color, with full color gamut for REC709 or DCI-P3 display.
  • Waveforms, Vectorscope, Histogram, False Color, Zebra, Spot Meter, Three-Mode Focus Assist, Pixel Zoom (up to 12:1), LUTs and Frame guides.
  • Up to four HD video signals can be input and viewed simultaneously (quad-split) or live-switched (select between inputs for full-screen viewing). The Apollo Option for Odyssey allows four HD video signals to be recorded simultaneously along with a fifth Quad-Split view channel or a Live-Switch, all in Apple ProRes (HQ, 422, LT, Proxy). The Apollo Option also allows you to record two 4K/UHD video signals simultaneously.
  • Two high-speed solid state drives (SSDs), available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities enable expanded recording.
  • Record 4K (4096×2160), UHD (3840×2160), 2K (2048×1080), and HD (1920×1080,1280×720) video in Apple ProRes (HQ, 422, LT, Proxy) or Avid DNxHD 220 and 145. The Odyssey7Q+ can record 4K/UHD 10-bit or 1080p60 10-bit over HDMI.
  • Records 2K (2048×1080) and HD (1920×1080) video up to 50p/59.94p on uncompressed 12-bit or 10-bit DPX stacks, Apple ProRes 4444 (XQ) or Apple ProRes 4444.
